The program provides seed money for the initiation or expansion of projects which are expected to yield substantial economic development benefits for the City of Toronto, by contributing to the local economy through new economic growth and job creation. Incorporated non-profit organizations can participate in the program.
Eligibility for the CCC:
Investment Program Applicants must be incorporated non-profit organizations or associations and the proposed project must be delivered within the City of Toronto. If these requirements are
met, then a formal proposal and application may be submitted for review.
